Privacy Policy

Effective date: 27 September 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how the aazmao application (“aazmao”, “we”, “us”), available at https://aazmao.com and https://app.aazmao.com, collects, uses, stores, shares and deletes personal information, including information received from Google.

aazmao is published and operated by Qawex Solutions. Privacy and data requests: safety@aazmao.com. Google OAuth and developer enquiries: qawex.sol@gmail.com.

This policy applies only to the aazmao application and website. It is not a template: every statement below describes how this specific application behaves.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email address (or the Google account identifier used to sign in), your chosen @handle, your age range, and your optional display name and profile photo (adults only).

Content data: posts, photos and videos you upload, messages you send, follows, thanks, saves and reports you make.

Technical data: basic device and log information needed to keep the app secure and working, for example sign-in times, IP address at sign-in, and error logs.

We do not collect your precise location, your contacts list, your calendar, your files, or advertising identifiers. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

3. Google user data we access

If you choose “Continue with Google”, aazmao requests only the three basic OAuth scopes openid, profile (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile) and email (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email).

Through these scopes we access exactly four items of Google user data: (a) your Google account ID, (b) your email address, (c) your Google account name, and (d) your Google profile picture URL.

We do not request, access or store any other Google user data. aazmao never accesses Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, Google Photos, YouTube data or any other Google API.

4. How we use Google user data

Google account ID and email address: used solely to create your aazmao account, to identify you when you sign in again, to secure the account, and to send essential service and safety emails. Your email address is never shown to other members.

Google account name: stored as your optional profile display name. Adults may edit or remove it at any time in Settings. For members aged 16–17 the name is never displayed to anyone, because teen anonymity is a core rule of aazmao.

Google profile picture: offered as an optional starting profile photo for adult members. It is never shown for teen accounts.

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of aazmao described in this policy. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, credit assessment, lending, marketing, or for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

5. How we store and protect Google user data

Google user data is stored in our managed PostgreSQL database hosted on Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure), encrypted at rest, and transmitted only over TLS/HTTPS.

Access is restricted by row-level security rules so one member cannot read another member's email address or Google identifiers. Only a small number of authorised administrators can access production data, and only for support, safety and legal obligations.

OAuth access tokens issued by Google are held only for the duration of the sign-in exchange and are not used to call any further Google API. We do not store Google passwords; authentication always happens on Google's own pages.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent or trade Google user data or any other personal data. We do not transfer Google user data to data brokers, advertising networks, or any party for advertising or marketing purposes.

We share data only with the service providers strictly needed to operate aazmao, acting on our instructions: Lovable Cloud / Supabase (hosting, database, authentication, file storage) and our transactional email provider (sign-in codes and safety notices).

We may disclose information where the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, or where it is necessary to protect the safety of a member or of the public, in particular in child-safety cases.

aazmao's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Data retention and deletion

We keep Google user data and other account data for as long as your account exists. If you do not sign in for 24 months, we may close the account and delete its data.

Content you delete is removed from public view immediately and deleted from our systems within 30 days, apart from backups that expire on their own schedule.

You can delete your entire account and all Google user data associated with it by emailing safety@aazmao.com from the address you signed up with; we complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

You can revoke aazmao's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops future Google sign-ins; it does not by itself delete the aazmao account, so also send a deletion request if that is what you want.

Safety records, such as reports and moderation actions, may be kept longer where needed to protect members, in a form that no longer contains Google profile data where possible.

8. Anonymity by design

Other members never see your email address or Google account details.

Members aged 16–17 are fully anonymous: no real names, no face photos, and no private contact with adults.

Public like and follower counts do not exist on aazmao, so your activity is not turned into a popularity score.

9. Who can see your content

Posts you publish can be seen by other members in the Deck and on your profile, and shared post links can be opened by anyone with the link.

Private messages are visible only to the two members in the conversation, except where a report requires our safety team to review them.

Campus, group and squad content is visible only to members of that space.

10. Your rights and choices

You can edit your profile, change your @handle and display name, remove your Google-provided name and photo, and delete your own posts at any time.

You can request a copy of your data, correction of your data, or deletion of your account and personal data by emailing safety@aazmao.com.

You can block members, control who can contact you, and set quiet hours in Settings.

Where local law gives you additional rights, such as objection or portability, you may exercise them using the same contact address.

11. International transfers

Our hosting and email providers may process data on servers outside your country. Where that happens, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

12. Children

aazmao is not for children under 16. If we learn that a member is under 16 we will close the account and delete its data. See our Child Safety Policy for details.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. If we change how aazmao uses Google user data, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify signed-in members inside the app before the change takes effect.
